We were honored to honor His Excellency Ambassador Scot Marceil as the new Pendekar http://www.state.gov/r/pa/ei/biog/bureau/213794.htm .Ambassador Marciel recently served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Southeast Asia in the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, and concurrently as Ambassador for ASEAN Affairs.
